About the client

Advocates for policyholders -never insurers.

Northeast Claims Adjusters is one of the largest public insurance adjusting firms in the Northeast. They represent policyholders -homeowners and businesses fighting for fair settlements after property damage.

We started with a full website redesign. The obvious next question followed: now that the funnel converts, how do we fill it? In October 2025 we expanded into a full-funnel marketing program across every channel that moves policyholder intent.
